What Catherine had to say after class
“Holly, I thought I’d let you know what a hit the Succotash recipe was. Anna had 3 helpings and would have had 6, I stopped her in fear that she would explode. She thoroughly enjoyed it for her school lunch too. Charles also thought it was delicious. What a hit!”

Hello Holly,
I just organised a cooking class with Jude on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and would love to have a chat with you to see when your coming here and what classes you’ll be doing and whether I could interest you in doing one on The Peninsula? The class Jude held here was gluten wheat and dairy free and she then spoke at a womens’ group where lots of stories of tummy woes unfolded. Jude of course sang your praises and I’m really keen to meet you and lesrn from you.
Love
Jocelyn
